These General Conditions of Use (so-called « CGU ») have as its object the legal framework of the arrangements for making available the site and services by Game Visit and to define the conditions for access and use of services by « User ».

Article 2: Access to the site

The site is accessible free of charge anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer equipment, software, Internet connection, etc.) are borne by the User.
Non-member user does not have access to reserved services. To do this, he must register by completing the form. By agreeing to register for the reserved services, the Member User undertakes to provide sincere and accurate information regarding his/her marital status and contact details, including his/her email address.
In order to access the services, the User must then identify with his/her username and password which will be communicated to him/her after registration.
Any regularly registered Member User will also be able to request his unsubscribe by visiting the dedicated page on his personal space. It will be effective within a reasonable time.
Any event due to a case of force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server and subject to any interruption or modification in the event of maintenance, shall not be liable for Game Visit. In these cases, the User agrees not to hold to the publisher any interruption or suspension of service, even without notice.
